If architectural plans are required and have not already been rendered, we will gladly recommend architects whose style and experience create the perfect match for your project.

Also in our initial consultation, we'll talk with you about good construction practices and how the remodeling process goes. That way, you'll know exactly what to expect.

Speaking of knowing what to expect, Transformations Remodeling will not give you a ballpark estimate. We will give you a very specific and easy-to-understand bid. Trust us, you'll love it. (And if you need a surprise, we'll buy you a box of Cracker Jacks.)

From beginning to end, we'll keep the job site (a.k.a. your home) clean. We mention this only because there are contractors for whom this is not a priority.

One way we keep our clients happy is by creating a realistic time frame for their project. When the remodeling begins, we'll give you a continuous timeline and calendar for your project, so you'll always have your bearings.
