Lakshmi Jackman, president of Transformations Remodeling. As a child, Lakshmi was the best little fort builder in Texas. Now she's the company president who still loves carpentry, and still considers it her art. You'll know when Lakshmi is working on site, because she always makes the guys listen to classical music.

Lakshmi is a board member for the Austin Remodeler's Association, the chair for the Women in Remodeling committee, and a volunteer with Habitat for Humanity. She has extensive leadership and communications training, and just happens to be one of the best listeners on the planet.
